We take a family approach to our crew here at CIBY, compiling a skilled and dedicated repair team that cares about the work as much as we care about each other, many of whom are life-long island residents with a deep knowledge and understanding of what a boat needs to run well in the surrounding waters.
Our year round staff consists of manufacturer certified technicians, marine mechanics, riggers, carpenters, painters, marine electronic specialists, and ABYC certified personnel.
